Fans and Friends of Jorge over the years know that few people have dedicated themselves to the sport of MMA & Jiu-Jitsu like Jorge has. Even while training himself tirelessly everyday, he continues to coach, mentor and train hundreds students, not to mention developing multiple champions in the sport. You can only begin to imagine how busy his life is. That said, it is a great to see Jorge finally doing something just for himself and is making his Ultimate Dream come true.

Of course if you watched the first episode you saw Jorge's coaching side come out as he stuck it out with Kenny attempting to help him make weight. But if you know Jorge, that won't surprise you at all.
