Aaron Maynard (6-0/Team Gurgel) defeated Bill Peterson (2-1/Team Anarchy) at 1:14 into the first round via submission after a Triangle Choke. It was a short fight totally dominated by Aaron Maynard. This could be a guy to keep an eye on in the Welterweight Division

NAAFS National Amateur Welterweight Division

JW Dowler (6-1/Team Gurgel) defeated Deke "Damaging" Deacon (5-4/Team Titan) via unanimous decision after three rounds. A good fight but JW was the clear-cut winner, in my opinion. Deke was bloody by the time the fight was over.

Andrew "Sprout" Varney (11-2/Team Gurgel) defeated Rob "Bull Rider" Wince (19-9/Hammer House) when Rob was unable to answer the bell after the first round. The fight was fairly evenly matched but Rob Wince suffered nerve damage to his arm at some point in the late first round and was unable to answer the bell. It was a solid fight until then.
